Rosé Duet
Color: A lively light ruby red color dances along with nuances of pink salmon
Bouquet: The fruity character of this lively wine is immediately felt in the strawberry notes which, together with its minerality, form the aromatic structure, enriched in a second moment by raspberries and a hint of cloves.
Palate: This rosé is fresh, dry, mineral and fruity. A bright compound of sincerity and elegance join the notes in Duet.
Food pairing: Rosé Duet can be served as an aperitif vine, but it can also accompany raw seafood, tuna dishes, fish carpaccio as well as mild cured meat, ham and delicate pancetta. At a slightly higher temperature, it can be served with mains such as seafood risotto, pasta with lighter meat sauces or seafood.
