Abundant ripe wild strawberries dance on the palate , as an ouverture to an intense aromatic experience shaped by refined, ripe tannins, herbal aromas of dried wild herbs, black pepper, redcurrant and dried dark plums.

Food pairing: To enjoy this wine at its best, it is recommended to decant it minumum thirty minutes before serving. This is a wine for meditation or long conversations, even better if paired with some elegant mature cheeses. Intense venison dishes, green pepper steak or istrian boskarin beef in red wine sauce will be a beautiful match.
