Bouquet: Stone fruit notes, like those of yellow plums, interchange with the gentle scent of green broom branches, joined by blooming acacia flowers and almonds and enriched later by yellow apple and peach.
Palate: The palate is refreshed by a lively minerality. It is juicy and fruity, and all the elegant olfactory notes are echoed in the flavours. In the finale is rounded by peach flavour and bitter almonds. Despite its freshness and liveliness, this wine has a permanent vibrant power on the palate and it is highly enjoyable and easy-drinking.
